Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is defective or damaged.
• Wrong product was delivered.
• Product has a manufacturing defect.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• Original packaging is missing.
• Accessories or manuals are missing.
• Return request is made after 7 days.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal hygiene products after use.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance items.
